Five (5) Grand Prizes - each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Monterey, California to attend the Event at the Laguna Seca Raceway in Salinas, California. Trip includes:

- round-trip coach class air transportation
- standard hotel accommodations for five (5) days/four (4) nights
- local ground transfers between airport, hotel and all formal Event activities
- a welcome reception with SPEED celebrities and special guests, two (2) days of on-track driving and ride-along experiences for Grand Prize Winner and Guest at Laguna Seca Raceway

In addition to the Grand Prizes outlined above, each Grand Prize Winner will also receive a single cash payment in the form of a corporate check which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to each Grand Prize (the "Tax Gross-Up Payment").
